Diese Richtlinie beschreibt die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten im Affiliate onboarding von Quanion Group.

Data processed

We process contact, address, application, channel, contract, compliance and bank details as well as technical evidence such as timestamps, IP addresses and browser identifiers.

Purposes

The data is processed to review the application, verify the email address, perform the contract, set up portal access, prepare settlements and comply with legal obligations.

Recipients

For white-label onboarding, the assigned white-label partner and Jelo receive the data required for review and operation. Technical service providers receive data only to the extent necessary.

Retention period

Data is retained for the duration of the application and cooperation and in accordance with statutory retention periods. Applications that are not accepted are deleted or anonymised once there are no legitimate grounds for continued storage.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or data portability and may object to processing. Please contact api@quanion.group.

Security

Verification and resume links use random, time-limited tokens. Passwords are stored exclusively as secure hashes.
